SDD Outgoing - Error address 2

Inserting an SDD Outgoing (manually in the OBPM)
Even if the address 2 is blank we find this error system showing "PA-TXP-033-Special characters found in these field Address2" override information.
We are able to do a workaround doing a repair.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the transaction from PCDAOTXN and input all the details.
2. Save and authorize.

Expected :- system should allow to authorize the record without the statement.


Analysis :- It looks like during AccountEnrich fetchCustomerDetails, concateDLine2 is iby default initialized as "" instead of null
