Issue - system is validating for camt.027.001.06.
System is validating against camt.027.001.06.xsd by default for Camt 27

Expected - system should generate camt.027.001.07 message.


ERROR

Exception-->org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document \'file:\/scratch\/oraofss\/Oracle\/Middleware\/Oracle_Home\/user_projects\/domains\/OBPM\/OBPM147\/FKF\/XSD_PATH\/SEPACT\/camt.027.001.06.xsd\', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. RB23 - new version camt.027.001.07 is maintained in PMDSEPAM for sepact.
2. Create an outgoing sepa CT payment and pacs008 is generated.
3. Initiate camt027 inquiry from PASOVIEW ->generate non-receipt inquiry.
4. Save and authorize.

Initial analysis := it is observed that - String xsdPath = dispatch.getSchemaDefFilePath() + File.separator + "camt.027.001.06.xsd";
