Adhoc Report Status Is Stuck in Pending State (Doc ID 2989153.1)

Symptoms

When adhoc reports are run they are stuck in pending state, following error occurs.

ERROR

ERROR com.ofss.digx.app.report.service.ReportRequest - RunTime Exception encountered while invoking the service com.ofss.digx.app.report.service.ReportRequest while executing the process method
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
at com.ofss.digx.domain.report.entity.repository.adapter.LocalReportAdhocRequestRepositoryAdapter.process(LocalReportAdhocRequestRepositoryAdapter.java:125)
at com.ofss.digx.domain.report.entity.repository.ReportAdhocRequestRepository.process(ReportAdhocRequestRepository.java:66)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user.
2. Navigate to Report Generation > Adhoc.
3. Schedule report, view status.
