Goal

As per the External audit observations of FCCM, while closing an alert the final action we can select is only an Invalid Alert, and the compliance department accepts the audit point. We also recommend that there should be new four options Open Investigation, False Positive, Real Violation, and Duplicate Alert in the dropdown.
Therefore, please check once if it is applicable to add the new proposed option in the FCCM and let us know.
