On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support

Response Empty is coming while Authorizing PM Nacha Inbound Transaction

Issue Description:
While authorizing PM Nacha Inbound Transaction, Response Empty error message is coming on the screen.


Caused by: 
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "FLEXCUB"."PNZB_IN_TXN"."INDIVIDUAL_ID" (actual: 23, maximum: 22)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create inbound Nacha transaction.
2.Click save

Due to this issue, users cannot save inbound transaction
