ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incorrect pickup of exchange rate in PSDOCBBT.

While creating a transaction in PSDOCBBT, though the system allow to input the debit amount based on the indicator, but system is not picking up the correct exchange rate as per rate type maintained in the PSDOGWNP

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should picking up the correct exchange rate as per rate type maintained in the PSDOGWNP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction in PSDOCBBT, Keep the indicator as debit curreny and input debit amount.
2. Give Dr Account as 'Account -1' and Cr Account as 'Account -2'
3. Verify the exchange rate defaulted in the screen
4. But exchange rate type is given in psdogwnp screen as holrate
5. Verify the rate in cysratee for Currency -1/Currency -2
6. Check the difference for holrate and standard rate

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, System is not picking up the correct exchange rate.
