Issues with Preview and Loading of Widgets While Creating Dashboard from Dashboard Builder Screen (Doc ID 2991151.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating a Dashboard view from the Dashboard Builder screen below issues are observed.
1. The Dashboard builder screen is not aligned properly where the label are not in same line.
2. On selecting the widget to be added in the preview screen it is observed that the three buttons on top right for minimize, restore and close are not visible when added to the preview panel.
3. Some of the widgets eg. Loan Eligibility Calculator does not show a preview of the widget on the preview panel after addition.
4. On click of few widgets eg. Account Financial Summary, the screen shows 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.' error.
5. The search field for widget search has the search icon distorted (in next line).
6. JavaScript error is observed in the browser console after each action after the 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.' error is encountered. (Point 4)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While creating the dashboard view form the Dashboard builder screen the preview of each of the added widgets should show properly in the preview screen and the screen should not show any distortion for all the fields and values on the Dashboard Builder screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to User Experience > Dashboard Management.
3. Click on Create Dashboard option and enter the required details and create user type dashboard for Corporate User and click Next button.
4. On the Dashboard Builder the issues are observed.
