In OBDx Application, Duplicate Transactions Posted For Approval and Corporate Checker User Is Able to View Two Same Transactions in Pending For Approval Screen (Doc ID 2992899.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user clicks on the confirm button of a transaction the system throws an error "System cannot process error "
if he again clicks on the confirm button then a success message is displayed.
The first time when the user gets an error that time entry is made in digx_ap_transaction and the second time also entry happens.

Due to this in the pending for approval screen, 2 records are displayed.

Ideally, it should have displayed only one which got successful.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In the Digx_ap_transaction table, only one entry should be available for the successful transaction

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to an application as a corporate maker user
2. Perform any transaction for which approval is enabled.
3. click on confirm button -> First time the user gets an error "System cannot process" and the second-time transaction is processed successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users view 2 of the same transactions for approval.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment caused this issue.
