ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Dispatch is failed with error 'Invalid content was found starting with element 'OrgnlNxtAgt'. No child element is expected at this point.'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

camt029 should be generated when positive response is generated from OBPM .
when user generate the positive (Accepted) response to the inquiry for camt.027.
system should generated camt029.
