Goal

When instrument number smaller than End Number of Previous Seq is tried to maintain under PIDINSNO, error PI-INS-001(StartNumber should be Greater than End Number of Previous Seq No) is getting.
The physical instrument numbers could be issued from head office to branches non-sequentially. So it is required to maintain instrument inventory the same as the physical instrument numbers.
Eg.,
1st time - 500001 ~ 500020
2nd time - 110021 ~ 110030
