ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Auto Payment tracer not generating on Authorization

Auto tracer although defined at event, it is not generating after eod on due date. Event is fired and advice is showing, however it is blank. When we go to MSSOUTBR and try to generate the DCN, its generating.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Tracer Message should generate during EOD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create an Export BC contract and set Payment tracer as required. Tracer start day as next day.
2.Let EOD run and check whether TPFT event has triggered and check the PAYMNTFATE_TRCR is generated.
3.Although, message PAYMNTFATE_TRCR is present, but message is not generated. No error
4. Go to MSSOUTBR and query the DCN and try to generate again. MT420 generates

Due to this issue, users cannot see the Payment Tracer MEssage

Changes

 PR_BG_GEN_MSG_OUT Job generates the messages
