ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System does not validate if a TD is blocked for collateral when user processes the endorsement


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should validate if TD is blocked for collateral while doing the endorsement.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. In GCDCOLAC link a TD account into linkage
2. Block the TD for collateral amount.
3. Go to STDCUSTD enter the same customer id
4. Unlock and try customer endorsement.
5. System should not allow to process the endorsement.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system allows endorsement of customer even though TD account is linked to collateral.
