Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
When attempting to create a GL,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

current user not authorized
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. got to GLDCHACC
2.create new record save and authorize.
3. check in sttb_req_master for platocore replication record is processed.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reolicate the GL into OBMA.
