User is not able to Scroll Facility Summary screen under view limit details in View Initiate LC (Letter of Credit).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to Scroll Facility Summary screen under view limit details in View Initiate LC.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Enter Trade finance --> LC --> Import LC --> Create LC
3. Click View limit and check it.
Note : It includes Template, Draft, Copy and Back to Back LC
