Technical Error Displays Instead of Duplicate Message When a New Dashboard is Created Using an Existing Dashboard Name (Doc ID 2995458.1)

Symptoms

When using an existing dashboard name to create a new dashboard, the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. please try later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator
2. Navigate to toggle menu > user experience > dashboard management > create dashboard
3. Now, fill the details and create dashboard with existing dashboard name
4. Please check that system cannot process the request currently please try later error is displayed.
