Unable To Save The Narrative In SAR Module (Doc ID 2995762.1)

Symptoms

The user is unable to save the narrative in the CRR-USSAR report when it is posted from ECM.

Version: Applicable for all versions till 8.1.2.0.0v

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1) Case created in ECM
2) Add a customer manually from the 'Add Entity Manually' option and add an account(without linking customer and account)
3) Promote to SAR.

 

1. The Narrative tab was missing information. When the user tries to save it manually in CRR, it shows a popup "Unable to perform this operation. Please try after some time."
2. Filing Institution information like contact officer, and contact number was missing.(When the user tries to add manually, it will disappear if he navigates to another tab and comes back to tab1)

Actual: Report generated in CRR but XSD validation failed because the saved information on the tabs was not getting saved properly.
Expected: Validation should be done and stopped with an error message before creating a SAR.

This is posting posting-related enhancement. So basically on the ECM side, we mandate that the KDD_CASE_CUST_ACCT table should have data to get data in the USSAR report. The ask here is if data is not present on the ECM side, we should throw an error at the time of posting. This is a situation where ECM does not have proper data fed and CRR needs to validate it while posting.
