Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX is showing accounts which are in closed status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Closed accounts should not be displayed on screen for transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login with admin user.
2. Navigate to group corporate accounts --> Go to party account access.
3. Check if already closed accounts are present.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will be shown all the accounts including closed.
