Error 'System Cannot Process the Request Currently. Please Try Later' Is Observed When Attempting to View a Bill for Modification (Doc ID 2996246.1)

While viewing bill to be modified under Import Letter of Credit(LC) following error occurs,

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Modify Bill.
3. Search for bill and click on the record. Error is displayed on the screen.
