Error "System Cannot Process Request Currently. Please Try Letter" is Observed when Bill Reference Number is Clicked (Doc ID 2996247.1)

When user click on reference number the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try letter.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to Toggle menu > Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > View Bill
3. Search the Bills
4. Click on Bill Reference number to open the bill.
