Symptoms

While opening overview screen under Oracle Banking Virtual Account Management(OBVAM) below error is appearing,

'System cannot process the request. Please try again later.'


STEPS
------------------------
1.Login to OBDX application -> Navigate to Virtual Account Management -> Go to Overview
3.Above error can be seen on overview screen.
