Symptoms

On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RTGS transaction has been rejected by SFMS, Post the reject message of F26 auto reversal of the accounting entries is not happening in OBPM and CBS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Post rejection of the RTGS transaction by the SFMS the system should auto reverse the accounting entries related to the transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. initiate an RTGS transaction from the CBS
2. Let the transaction be rejected by SFMS with F26 NAK
3. Check if the auto reversal of the transactions rejected are happening

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is not auto reversing the rejected transactions from SFMS
