Multiple Partial payments on the same day with different value date doesn't populate Prefix interest component.

Simulation steps
1. Create one year back dated yearly contract, with maturity date in another 15 days, from the system date.
2. After creation, same day pay partially the Postfixint, full due of Prefixint and no amount towards Principal, with value date as 14 days back dated to the system date and the limit date as the maturity date.
3. After the above payment perform one more payment with value date 7 days back dated from system date, and limit date as maturity date. Clear the total due amount of Prefix and Postfix, partial principal.
4. After the above payment, populate one more payment with value date as system date and the limit date as maturity date, we could see only the Principal and Postfixint amount are due, and Prefix is not populated
