Symptoms

When attempting to amend Outward Bank Guarantee(BG), for few BG contracts, on charges tab,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward bank Guarantee-->Amend bank Guarantee
3. Select contract, navigate to charges tab
