CI- Rescheduling -- Failure Of Rescheduling Authorization (Doc ID 2996831.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CI rescheduling authorization failing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The CI rescheduling should work as per the expected functionality.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a new loan account.
2) Initiate rescheduling by not giving any outstanding schedules, rescheduling will fail, exit from the screen.
3) Initiate payment for outstanding components.
4) Redo the rescheduling by giving correct schedule details and save the record.
5) During authorization system will not allow to authorize the rescheduling.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the re-scheduling.

Changes

The version number increment was not handled in order during the re-scheduling and resulted the failure.
