Symptoms

OBP_14.7.0.1.0_SIT :: inquiryExternalAccounts service returns msgstat as failure when no data found

When there is no records for External Accounts , the response of inquiryExternalAccounts service is showing msgstatus as failure instead of Success.
Due, to this failure message is thrown at OBDX and are unable to proceed with Corporate Onboarding.

Expectation: If there are no records, as it is an inquiry service, the response should be with msgstatus as Success and no records in the detail section.
