Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While submitting new application under saving/checking accounts, it is not returning application number if it is not under the given LIMIT hence users are not able to proceed with the flow.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While submitting new application under saving/checking account user should be able to get the application number and sholud be able to proceed with flow.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into obdx application
2.new application under Savings/checking accounts
3.Register with my number=>upload supported document => enter personal information=>continue
4.not able to get the application number if it is not under the given LIMIT hence it is not able to proceed with the flow.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to get the application number hence not able to proceed with the flow

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
