Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to create the Account from Web service the following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-CUSTLC01 - Account open Date Does Not Fall In any limit period


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create the account from webserice
2. System failed with the Error ST-CUSTLC01 - Account open Date Does Not Fall In any limit period

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the new account
