ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Guarantee advise internal amendment-in DE stage under Advise tab getting error as " Unable to process charge simulation request. - OBRH-Fail - Exception in Performing Obrh Request. Check Request Audit."
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login to OBTFPM
2. Navigate to Guarantee advise internal amendment
3. Enter all the Mandatory details in Reg. stage
4. Enter all the mandatory details in DE stage and navigate to advise tab
