Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Relationship Overview and Recent Transactions widgets do not show data on the dashboard.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Relationship Overview and Recent Transactions widgets should show all the data on the dashboard.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX application with Retail user.

2. User is unable to see data on relationship overview and recent transactions widgets

 

BUSINESS IMPACT


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view data on relationship overview and recent transactions widgets

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
