Technical Error is Observed When a User Attempts to Modify Export Collections Drafts and Templates (Doc ID 2999660.1)

Symptoms

When modifying discount details and selecting "Fetch Interest" in discount tab of saved templates and drafts in export collections, following error occurs

System cannot process the request currently. please try later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to trade finance > collection > export collection > initiate export collection
3. Choose any one saved templetes/drafts and choose discount product under collection details
4. Now, fill the remaining details and go to discount tab and fill the discount details click on fetch interest
5. Please check that system cannot process the request currently. please try later error is displayed.
