Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
System reference number is not generating for internal account TD redemption full payout. Closed TDs are available on "Term Deposit" dropdown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
System reference number should be generated for internal account TD redemption full payout. Closed TDs should not be available on "Term Deposit" dropdown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to Current & savings->Term Deposit->New TD Open
3. Select Redemption type as full.
4. Select "Pay To" option as "Internal Account"
5. Enter Internal Account Details.
6. Submit Transaction.

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to view system reference number on screen.
