Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Email alert for username is not getting sent for newly created user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email alert for username should be sent for newly created user.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login with Admin user
2.Create a retail / Corporate user.
3. Alert should be sent for username via email after creating a new corporate or retail user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users does not receive the username alert on email.

Changes

 No Hardware or Software changes. No changes in configuration and settings.
