ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Credit Card payment by cash

Credit card payment by cash is not validating any card number and it is accepting random card number and submitting the record.
Accounting entries also not fired

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Card should be validated properly and post accounting

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try do Credit paymetn via Cash
2. Input any random card number and submit
3. verify the message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate if the card is correct and cannot find the entries posted
