Symptoms

Installation of   OFSBD_81100 failed with below error message.

[DEBUG] [UpgradeAppList] checking for app: OFS_KYC
[DEBUG] [UpgradeAppList] fetched version for app : OFS_KYC is : 800000000
[DEBUG] [UpgradeAppList] app id version is not equal
[DEBUG] [UpgradeAppList] App check decrypted value: XXXXXXXXX
[DEBUG] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] Values could not be retrieved. Terminating Installation
[DEBUG] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] **************************
