ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Incoming payment to be in unauthorized status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow user to verify and authorize the incoming payments.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upload the incoming swift transactions.
2.Verify the contract status.

Due to this issue, the transactions are getting auto authorized.
