Symptoms

Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Users are unable to create a new user from 'Create User' screen when they try to create with a username, already partly available as a part of existing users.

For example: 'NARASIMHAN1' -> existing, 'NARASIMHAN' -> cannot be created.

 

Expected Behavior

The expectation is user should be able to create users with the name which is already partly available as a part of existing users.
