Track receivable deletion failed.

The track receivable functionality should work as per the expected design.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Delete the processed blocks
2. Verify the status.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete the processed track auto settle block data.
