ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cuttoff schedule functionality not working for back-dated payments
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create A contract with 3 installments
2. Perform a less tahn 15 days cut off payment
3. run eod till the due date
4. Perform a reversal
5. Do a back-dated payment on the due date with the original payment value date
Result- Cuttoff schedule functionality not working when we perform a back-dated payment
