Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charge Pickup is not working when Charge Condition Group is maintained with Parameters such as Account Group, From Account Branch Group, etc.
Charge Pickup is only working when parameter is maintained as *.*.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charge Pickup should work when Charge Condition Group is maintained with Parameters such as Account Group, From Account Branch Group, etc.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Charge Code in Charge Definition
2. Maintain Charge Rule in Charge Pricing Maintenance
3. Maintain Account Group by adding the account for which charges to be applied in Account Group Maintenance
4. Maintain Charge Condition Group by mapping Rule created in Step 2 and add Account Group created in Step 3 as Parameter
5. Maintain Charge Decision for Cash Withdrawal screen by mapping Charge Condition Group created in Step 4
6. Open Cash Withdrawal screen, enter Account Number and Transaction Amount, system fails to apply the charges maintained
