ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Charges are not getting resolved as per maintained for specific account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges should get applied when specific account is maintained as pricing

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Specific Account of the customer in PPDRLVAL.
2. perform SCT payment.
