Remarketing data specifically Remarketing status when updated using the web service call doesn't update the retargeting change date last field, which cause issue in not correct historical data in the Remarketing history table.

Simulation steps:
1. Post repossession condition on the account or create a repossession record in the Repo foreclosure screen.
2. Update the repo end date and storage state code.
3. Go to Remarketing tab and a create new Remarketing record with new status.
4. After a day of creating the Remarketing record. Post the webservice to update the status.
5. Verify the status date. It doesn't change.
