ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

KATS-CT - Reversal is not happeing for processed transaction

On clicking on Reversal button for a processed transaction from PYSOVIEW screen, system is throwing 'Error Occurred but message could not be determined' error
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Launch PYSOVIEW screen.
2.Click on on Reversal button for a processed transaction.
3.Check whether error is throwing or not.
