Goal

While processing DD Issue against walk in is not going to the checker for approval.

Step 1 - DD Issue against walk in issued and system provided DD no
setp 2 - DD is going to sent back status for same maker
step 3 - maker to authorise the record.

as per scenario DD should go to Checker to authorise the record, once authorised it will come to maker in sent back.
