On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
GEDFACLT - Unable to authorize the closed facility record with error message-"Message does not exist for this error code"
Expected result- System should allow the user to authorize the facility closure record.
Actual result-Unable to authorize the closed facility record with error message-"Message does not exist for this error code"

GE-FCLS-001 : Pending fees associated with the facility will be liquidated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Closure of Facility using GEDFACLT
2. On Save Error is thrown.
