OBP C2B File Upload ECA RESEND Is Not Working (Doc ID 3003822.1)

Symptoms

 When RESEND action is performed from ECA Queue(PQSECAQU) on the C2B files, System is not working as expected. System is processing from Queue but the File consol details are not getting updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should perform the action after RESEND similar to RETRY action. Currently, on Successful RESEND, System is submitting to C2BJob3 whereas for on Sucessful RETRY, System is subitting to C2BHybridJob5

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resent action is performed form the ECA
2. System is not working as expected
