ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expired OBPM SI not closed Automatically and allowing user to amend the same SI but execution missing

User created template by using PBDOTSTM.PXDOTSTM screens and then created SI by using PMDSIMNT screen.
SI got expired (Instruction End date is crossed).
System is not closing it automatically. So SI picking not happening after the Expiry date which is fine.
Since the SI is in Open condition, users picked the same SI payment and then unlocked it and modified the data and added Instruction Start Date and Instruction End date with future dates.
System is not picking the SI on the Instruction Start date.

This SI execution is failed only for these cases.

So bank is raising concern that either SI should be automatically closed or it should not allow user to amend after the expiry date .

SI should be automatically closed or it should not allow user to amend after the expiry date .
