Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is trying to Create Custom Role other than the Factory Shipped role.
They Created the ROLE Maintenance added the Functional Code but on Save it is not performing any action.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Role Maintenance should be processed Successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OBBRN application.
2. Go to Role Maintenance
3. Add functional activity code to a Custom Role, Save.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add functional activity code to a custom role using Role Maintenace screen.
