Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

From GL Description and To GL Description aren't shown once the transaction is checked again in the Misc GL Transfer Screen 
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
From GL Description and To GL Description to be displayed when the transaction is verified again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do miscellaneous GL Transfer
2. Query the transaction again and view the details
3. Verify whether the descriptions are displayed.
