SCT_IN TRANSACTION MOVED TO TR QUEUE AFTER EAC RESPONSE IS RECEIVED.

Issue - User was not able to repair the transaction as there is no repairable data in the repair screen.

STEPS  -

  1. SCT incoming flow.
  2. Transaction is approved from the sanction check queue.
  3. EAC request is initiated by the system.
  4. OBPM received the positive response from the DDA system.
  5. Transaction moved to TR queue.

Observation - As SEPACT network maintenance record was in unauthorized status before EAC response is received by the OBPM. When EAC response is received, OBPM updated the EAC status as Approved but Transaction moved to TR queue.

When record is unauthorized in PMDNMWMT and ECA response is received at the time, transaction moved to repair queue and it got stuck there.
User is unable to perform any action from the repair queue.
