Symptoms

While initiating loan repayment with full payment, below error is observed.

Loan settelemnt request failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user.
2. Naviage to Accounts --> Loan and Finances --> Loan and Finance Repayment
3. Select "Full Payment" Option.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to make full repayment of loan.
